🎯 Looking for a “Cheat Sheet” for Train Driver Psychometrics?

You’re not alone. Most candidates search for cheat sheets because they want:

  • to know what actually matters
  • to avoid wasting time practising the wrong way
  • to understand how they’re being judged

The problem? - Most so-called “cheat sheets” are misleading and do not understand the requirements set out in RIS-3571-TOM or TDLCR.

This guide gives you the closest thing to a real advantage without crossing ethical or assessment boundaries.

🧠 What This Guide Really Gives You (The “Edge”)

📘 A Complete, Professional PDF That Breaks Down Every Core Train Driver Psychometric Test, including:

  • Group Bourdon
  • TEA-Occ
  • WAFV
  • TRP1 & TRP2
  • ATAVT
  • 2HAND
  • Situational Judgement Exercise (SJE)
  • MMI (Structured Interview)

For each test, you learn:

  • what assessors are actually measuring
  • common traps that catch people out
  • what strong vs weak performance looks like
  • how to practise efficiently

👉 That’s the real “cheat”: knowing where to focus and what to avoid.

📝 Preparation Done the Right Way

Instead of dodgy shortcuts, this PDF guide gives you:

✔ Clear test-by-test breakdowns
Assessor-aligned strategies
✔ Printable practice drills
Self-grading frameworks so you know if you’re ready
✔ Guidance on what NOT to do(this alone saves people)

You’re not memorising answers - you’re learning how to think and behave the way the tests work.

🚀 How It Works

1️⃣ Download the PDF instantly
2️⃣ Use each section as a focused prep guide
3️⃣ Practise what matters
4️⃣ Stop second-guessing your approach
5️⃣ Walk into assessments calmer and better prepared

Many candidates say this is the first time psychometrics have actually made sense.

👤 Who This Is For

✔ Aspiring UK train drivers
✔ Candidates applying via TOCs or FOC's or looking to take the test privately
✔ Those who want to avoid common failure traps and prepare effectively
✔ Yes — even people initially looking for “cheat sheets”

⚠️ Important (And Honest)

This guide:

  • does not copy real assessment content. Psychometric assessments serve an important purpose during recruitment and selection and should be taken without direct exposure. This guide will help you study and practice the skills and aptitudes needed.
  • does not promise guaranteed passes. It does promise increased knowledge of each assessment and practical exercises to help sharpen your skills.

What it does do is show you:

  • how the assessments work
  • how results are interpreted
  • how strong candidates prepare differently

That’s why it works.
